Very neat, clean, and organized store. Great selection of products. I like shopping here because there is basically everything you need from food, to cleaning supplies and products, to a pharmacy, money center, clothing, shoes, makeup, toiletries.There is just so much, however, their bakery has changed since I was last there a few years ago to recently when I went the selection was not good and a little pricey on a few things. Other than that it is a one stop shop for you!
On Sunday 11-05-23 at 11am the produce department was out of bulk sweet onions and there was no price on the water melon . I asked 2 different employees stocking about this or where the produce was and if they had any…first they both ignored us very rudely acted as the didn’t want to be bothered and just replied no there isn’t any. I can say these 2 were about the rudest pair I’ve ever can across.
We don't have a Kroger in Bay City, so I love shopping at the one Big one in Lake Jackson. Large variety of items, special offers, hard to find items and always long Expiration Dates. Fresh ****

I shop here often and like their huge selection of products. Parking is usually fairly easy. The only issue I've noticed is how crowded the aisles are. Temporary displays create pinch points for shoppers with carts, the employees filling online orders block pretty large areas, and the stockers often have a large pallet blocking almost an entire aisle.
UPDATE: The aisles seemed easier to navigate yesterday.
I frequently visit Kroger every week for my grocery needs. Being a parent of twond everything we require at thisarly enjoy the great variety of fruits available. I also love the section that has a range of pots and kitchen items. I make use of their digital coupons and find their curbside pickup option quite convenient. The parking area is spacious and if in a hurry, the self-checkout option is available.
Great place to get your groceries. staff is very friendly stories clean. Plus it is when you spend some money you get extra fuel points.
